My name is Riley Parry. Thank you for joining me on this journey. I am your everyday, average WFM guru and family man. I have been deeply engaged in the world of Workforce Management since 2007 and worked with Contact Centers almost exclusively my entire career.

I am a typical suburban dad who spends a lot my time hanging out with my children, engaged in various home improvement tasks and when life allows, playing my guitars and drums.

I have been married to my amazing wife since 2019 and we are looking forward to many more years together with our family.
